Episode Synopsis: The Firefly

In the midseason premiere episode, an Observer makes contact with the Fringe Team to help rectify a mistake. Meanwhile, Walter befriends Roscoe Joyce (guest star CHRISTOPHER LLOYD), one of his musical heroes and keyboardist for Walter's favorite 1970s band, "Violet Sedan Chair. " Learning the real reason the band broke up, Walter realizes that their lives overlap in strange and unexpected ways - even though they've never met before.
